General Terms and Conditions

Designer Bedding Online will aim to provide excellent customer service to all its customers. Any feedback, suggestions or comments please contact us on info@designerbeddingonline.com.

When something is purchased from our website, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions. This agreement does not affect your statutory rights.

All goods sold by Designer Bedding Online are 100% genuine and are not copies or fakes.

 

Orders, Payments and Delivery

Designer Bedding Online uses PayPal (a secure payment gateway) to take payments. All major debit and credit cards are accepted. All payments are 100% secure and any card details cannot be viewed by our staff. All payments are taken immediately from the customer’s card as this is the nature of the internet business.

When goods are purchased, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. This email may sometimes go to the junk email folder.

Please note that Designer Bedding Online order most items in as and when the customer orders the product. Therefore delivery timescales can take anything from 7-14 working days. If there is a stock issue or a product has been discontinued you will be emailed by a member of staff as soon as possible.

UK Delivery costs will be £5 for all orders under £60 and free for over £60.

International delivery to Europe will be £35 and to all over the world £60. However, if delivery comes to more in any instance then the customer will be contacted to pay the difference before items are dispatched. Most orders will require a signature and therefore the customer will need to ensure somebody is in to receive the parcel. In any instance the parcel is returned to us the customer will be charged £5 for us to re-send the parcel.

 

Returns and Refunds/Exchanges

If you would like to return any products to us then please first email us at info@designerbeddingonline.com. All returns must be specified within 7 days of receipt. We will then authorise the return and all items sent back must be sent via recorded delivery to ensure safe delivery to us. Unless an item is faulty, the customer will be liable for the cost of sending it back to us as well as our delivery cost for sending it out. In any instance that a mistake has been made on our part, we will send you an exchange within the next 7-14 working days. All items must be in there original packaging and state, otherwise no returns or exchanges will be authorised. If for any reason goods are returned due to no error of our own, the postage cost we paid to send out the goods will be deducted from the amount of the product/s.

All refunds will take place within 28 days.
